Di Kota Padang pada bulan November 2019 terjadi deflasi sebesar -0,34 persen atau terjadi penurunan Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK) dari 142,55 pada bulan Oktober 2019 menjadi 142,07 pada bulan November 2019.
Laju inflasi tahun kalender Kota Padang sampai November 2019 adalah sebesar 1,65 persen. Sedangkan laju inflasi year on year (November 2019 terhadap November 2018) sebesar 1,81 persen.
Kota Bukittinggi pada bulan November 2019 mengalami deflasi sebesar 0,10 persen atau terjadi penurunan Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK) dari 133,72 pada bulan Oktober 2019 menjadi 133,59 pada bulan November 2019.
Laju Inflasi tahun kalender sampai bulan November 2019 sebesar 1,32 persen, sedangkan laju inflasi year on year (November 2019 terhadap November 2018) adalah sebesar 1,74 persen
