Abstract

In the city of Padang in July 2020 there was deflation of 0.11 percent or there was a decrease in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) from 103.56 in June 2020 to 103.45 in July 2020.
The inflation rate for the calendar year in Padang City to July 2020 is 0.25 percent. While the rate of deflation year on year (July 2020 against July 2019) was 0.56 percent.
Bukittinggi City in July 2020 experienced deflation of 0.39 percent or there was a decrease in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) from 103.85 in June 2020 to 103.44 in July 2020.
The inflation rate for the calendar year until July 2020 is 0.68 percent, while the year on year inflation rate (July 2020 against July 2019) is 0.27 percent
