Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) 2020 is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Pariaman City to identify the need for statistical data and the level of consumer satisfaction with the data and services of the City of Pariaman BPS in 2020. The results of the SKD 2020 are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data needs, analysis of data quality satisfaction, analysis of service unit performance, and follow-up to consumer suggestions and criticisms. This analysis is equipped with a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK).
