Abstract

RI Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services stipulates that every public service provider is obliged to carry out an evaluation of the performance of public service implementers. One form of this evaluation is realized through the implementation of the Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) as regulated in PermenpanRB Number 14 of 2017. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Pariaman City, as one of the public service providers that provides statistical data and information, always strives to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS has held SKM regularly every year which is integrated into the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey is not only aimed at obtaining perceptions of consumer satisfaction with BPS data services, it also aims to identify data needs and perceptions of consumer satisfaction with the quality of data produced by BPS Kota Pariaman. In 2021, SKD will be implemented in 515 BPS work units consisting of Central BPS, 34 Provincial BPS, and 480 Regency/City BPS throughout Indonesia. One of the results of the 2021 SKD implementation is presented in a publication entitled "Analysis of the Results of the BPS Kota Pariaman 2021 Data Needs Survey" as a form of report on the implementation of the SKD. This publication provides a descriptive explanation of the performance of service units, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and consumer satisfaction with BPS data quality. Presentation of data is displayed in the form of tables, graphs, and infographics. The Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) are the main indicators presented in this publication.
