Abstract

The 2019 Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Pariaman City to identify statistical data needs and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS Pariaman City data and services in 2019.The 2019 SKD results are presented in the form of publications which contain analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data requirements, analysis of data quality satisfaction, analysis of service unit performance, and Follow-Up on Consumer Suggestions and Critics. This analysis is complemented by the presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK).
