Abstract

In October 2022, West Sumatra experienced deflation of 0.22 percent or a decline in CPI from 114.21 in September 2022 to 113.96 in October 2022.
The inflation rate for the calendar year or October 2022 against December 2021 was 6.71 percent and the year-on-year inflation rate or October 2022 against October 2021 West Sumatra was recorded at 7.87 percent.
