  • The number of foreign tourists (tourists) who came to West Sumatra through the Minangkabau International Airport (BIM) in January 2019 reached 4,052 people, a decrease of 15.60 percent. 
  • Star Hotel Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) in West Sumatra in January 2019 reached an average of 46.14 percent; decreased by 12.45 points compared to the TPK in December 2018 of 58.59 percent. 
  • The number of domestic air transport passengers arriving at BIM in January 2019 decreased by 20.05 percent compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, international air transport passengers who arrived at BIM also rose by 25.41 percent compared to the previous month.
