The number of foreign tourists coming to Sumatera Barat in October 2018 reached 4,050 people

·      ·  The number of foreign tourists (tourists) who came to West Sumatra through the Minangkabau International Airport (BIM) in October 2018 reached 4,050 people, experiencing a decline of 20.49 percent compared to foreign tourists in September 2018 which recorded as many as 5,094 people.

·      The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in West Sumatra in October 2018 reached an average of 65.06 percent; experienced an increase of 8.25 points compared to the TPK in September 2018 of 56.81 percent.

·      Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) Other Accommodation in West Sumatra in October 2018 reached an average of 31.37 percent; increased 2.86 points compared to September 2018 at 28.51 percent.

·      The average length of stay of foreign and Indonesian guests in star-rated hotels in October 2018 was recorded for 1.50 days; up 0.06 days compared to September 2018 which was 1.44 days.

·      The average length of stay of foreign and Indonesian guests in Other Accommodation in October 2018 was recorded at 1.44 days; up 0.02 days compared to September 2018 which was recorded at 1.42 days.
